These Terms of service apply to all enquiries, bookings and participation in journeys offered by Still Journeys.

Bookings & payments

  • A booking is confirmed once the required deposit has been received.

  • Full payment must be received by the date specified in your booking confirmation.

  • All prices are listed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations & refunds

  • Cancellation and refund terms will be clearly outlined at the time of booking.

  • Due to the nature of small-group travel and advance commitments, some costs may be non-refundable.

  • We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.

Changes to itineraries

Still Journeys reserves the right to adjust itineraries, accommodation or activities due to weather, safety considerations, local conditions or operational needs.
Any changes will be made thoughtfully and with the intention of maintaining the quality of the experience.

Health, wellbeing & personal responsibility

  • Guests are responsible for assessing their own physical, emotional and mental readiness to travel.

  • Participation in sound, breathwork, movement or nature-based activities is optional and at your discretion.

  • You agree to disclose any conditions that may impact your safety or participation.

Group conduct

Still Journeys is committed to creating respectful, inclusive and supportive group environments.
We reserve the right to remove a participant from a journey if their behaviour compromises the safety, wellbeing or experience of others.

Travel insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory and should cover:

  • Medical expenses

  • Trip cancellation or interruption

  • Personal belongings

  • Adventure or activity-based experiences where applicable

Proof of insurance may be requested prior to departure.

Limitation of liability

Still Journeys acts as a facilitator of travel experiences and is not liable for events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to delays, cancellations, illness, injury or acts of nature.

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
